 Training Session Format -
Each session will be split one hour of fundamentals and one
hour of games. All sessions will be
coached by College lacrosse coaches from
Division 1 and Division 3 programs as
well as the top high school programs
from the area.. Each week our coaches
will be using our lacrosse progression
program to teach lacrosse at the proper
skill level for all the participating
lacrosse players.

Fundamentals, techniques and drills will be taught the first
hour

The second hour Games will be played 7 on 7
-
Reduced
numbers on the field allows the
players to touch the ball 5 times
more often then 10 players on the
field·

Fields are 40 yards wide by 80 yards long reducing the space
so players must learn to play in
traffic ( better stick control)

The
latest college techniques are shown
by college coaches from our staff·

Opportunity to play in various
tournaments in the fall (additional

  DISCLAIMER- Before signing up please review your son’s or daughter’s
schedule for this program to be sure
that they can attend these sessions.
The demand is so heavy that once a place
is committed we are unable to grant
refunds should your daughter or son
can’t make any of the practices whatever
the reason. However, at the discretion
of Nutmeg Camps, a credit may be given
for the unused portion of the fee toward
other Nutmeg sponsored programs.
RAIN DISCLAIMER-There may be make up dates on a Saturday or
Sunday Please take this possibility into
consideration when registering since no
refunds can be granted if your athlete
is unable to attend on the alternate
dates.
