The mission of Nutmeg Sports Camps is to develop every player to their highest level of skill, personal values of sportsmanship, and team play without regard to either their starting or ending levels.

We will take each player at the point they begin participating and move them as far as their talent, motivation, and desire will take them.

We will advance the level of lacrosse play for both boys' and girls' lacrosse throughout the state of Connecticut by bringing to bear the highest quality coaching for our players as well as coaches and families with whom we relate.

We will advance the preparation of Connecticut lacrosse players for college level lacrosse by bringing 'the college game" via college coaching to our programs.

We will develop a sense of maturity and sportsmanship in our players by modeling these behaviors and by molding them for our players and teams.
